Starting off by helping the underprivileged land small-scale jobs, Anand realized he had a knack for matchmaking people with the perfect gig. This led him to dive headfirst into the recruitment world.

But the game-changer for him? That'd be 2013, when he took a plunge into the retail sector. Here, he didn't just get exposure; he got his hands dirty, overseeing recruitment across India.
